Smile undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

This accessibility statement applies to the https://smile.eu/ website. 

 

Status of compliance

The Smile website has only recently been launched and is currently undergoing an audit. The https://smile.eu/ site does not yet comply with version 4.1 of the General Accessibility Standards (RGAA). 2.

We pay particular attention to the quality of its production. Accessibility has been taken into account by all the teams involved in the development of the site in order to achieve the best possible presentation.

Have you noticed an accessibility issue that is preventing you from accessing content or features on the site and have not received a response from us? We're sorry! As a last resort, you can send your comments or request for a referral to the Human Rights Defender.
