Protection of your personal data

Smile Group is fully committed to protecting your private life and respecting your choices, and, as such, Smile Group has implemented all of the necessary requirements to conform to its obligations under the 1998 Data Protection Act.

We collect two types of information when users visit a Smile Group site.

The first type corresponds to personal data that is voluntarily provided by visitors to the site during requests for further information, to establish contact, or upon downloading media (e.g. White Papers), when signing up to an event, when leaving comments, etc.

The information that you provide will be stored and will only be used in line with your initial request. We would like to assure you that we do not share your contact details with other organisations or third parties, or use your personal information for the purposes of direct marketing.
