Lockdown, Smile's commitments


On 29 October 2020, France and a few other European countries switched back into a model of lockdown and remote work as possible.

Looking at the revival of COVID-19 throughout Europe and the return of lockdown in certain countries, we would like to reassure you once again of the dedication and continuous mobilization of all our teams at your service.

At SMILE, the health and safety of our employees and customers is - and has always been - our top priority. In addition to teleworking and remote services, which have already been in our DNA for almost 3 years, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure the continuity of our activities in close contact with you and we are already preparing for the future with you!

The measures taken so far:

  • Regular review of the guidelines and recommendations of the European Government and the World Health Organisation (WHO) to ensure that we are aware of and adhere to best practices in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Maintaining the opening of all our offices in order to be able to work when required by operational constraints and also to allow, if necessary, exceptional meetings.
  • Teleworking operational and as quickly as possible for all employees.
  • Regular communication with our employees to provide them with up-to-date information, resources and guidelines.
    • Making the necessary resources available so that the Smiliennes and Smiliens can continue to serve you by staying in touch with and thus guaranteeing the perfect continuity of services.
