On the subject of occupational equality between women and men, Smile publishes its 2023 gender equality index score regarding the French law: 89%.
In accordance with the provisions of the Professional Future Act of 5 September 2018, Smile has established its index dedicated to professional equality between women and men for the year 2023 (reference year 2022).


The index is based on the following five indicators:
 

  • GENDER PAY GAP INDICATOR: 39/40 points
  • INDICATOR DIFFERENCE IN RATE OF INCREASE BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN: 20/20 points
  • DIFFERENCE IN RATE OF PROMOTION BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN: 15/15 points
  • INDICATOR PERCENTAGE OF EMPLOYEES INCREASED IN THE YEAR FOLLOWING THEIR RETURN FROM MATERNITY LEAVE: 15/15 points
  • INDICATOR NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OF UNDER-REPRESENTED SEX AMONG TOP 10 REMUNERATIONS: 0/10 points
